i wasn't so happy when they suspended classes today.

for selfish reasons
i worked so hard for a paper due today
i have questions for monday's test on economics
i need to show up for sweet charity tonight

i don't want to discuss the constitutionality of that stupid call for a state of national emergency. i just do not like the timing. not just for the reasons above but also

because this weekend we celebrate 20 years of real people power. i was not there then and i mentioned before that i am not that proud of feb 24 1986. but other people are. and they are influential enough to let me be worried.
